Sponsor Parent Program

In 2001, the “Sponsor Mom” was organized through the vision of Cindy Simms. Cindy recognized the need for support of a group of children afflicted with the HIV/AIDS virus. With the support of friends and family, Cindy developed a child sponsorship program, presently the “Sponsor Parent Program”, which secured donated items such as clothing, food, school supplies and money for medication.
As a result of the ’Sponsor Mom” efforts, The Circle of Hands Foundation, Inc. was incorporated and the "Sponsor Mom" was renamed to  "Sponsor Parent Program".
The commitment of the Circle of Hands Foundation takes on a global perspective in raising funds to support charities who provide direct care to children afflicted with the HIV/AIDS virus. Dare To Care  children home in Jamaica is the Major recipient of our funds.
